2007 Forecast

The 2007 season is shaping up to be a typical Albacore year. We expect the Albacore to arrive at a more traditional starting time of July 4th. However, don't count them out in the last half of June.

We are seeing excellent offshore conditions indicating a good run of Albacore. The water temperature is cool and the bait is stacking up on water edges created by spring winds. This all points to both a good and long run of Albacore for 2007.
